- This Vintage Handstitched Kantha Throw is a beautiful and unique piece, showcasing the traditional craft of kantha. This heritage technique, originating in Bangladesh and West Bengal, is full of resourcefulness and fine stitchwork. Made from salvaged cotton saris and dhotis secured by a small running stitch. Small patches and embroidery repairs all add to its charm and uniqueness. It has been enhanced with a traditional embroidered Sozani pattern. Fully reversible, it is perfect for use as a stunning bed cover, sofa throw, decorative curtain or wall hanging.
