DELIVERY

We aim to despatch your order within 3-7 working days of order placement.  
We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched. Most of our deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that the shipping address provided has someone available for signature. 
If you need to contact us about your order, please email us at - shop@louisamaybury.co.ukShipping rates for UK addresses can be determined at checkout based on item size and weight. We are also able to ship some items overseas, but please contact us beforehand for a quote on delivery costs. Please note that when shipping internationally, customs and import duties are not included in the postage cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. As these costs vary by country, we suggest contacting your local customs office for accurate pricing.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return or exchange any items, please note we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and so to ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend using Royal Mail registered delivery or another 'signed for' service. Please keep a record of your postage as proof of return. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any lost goods during transit. For more valuable items, please consider purchasing shipping insurance. 

Please be aware that the cost of returning an item to us is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is deemed faulty by us. In those cases, we will refund the postage costs.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of the returned goods being received by us, please first check your bank account.  Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received a refund, then please contact us by email at shop@louisamaybury.co.uk

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right. Where the item you received was sent in error or we deem it faulty, then we will refund your postage costs (providing we are notified of the fault within the timescale detailed above)

Please note unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in good condition.
